Looks kinda cool! I'd certainly consider something like that if I still had the Taco.

Thanks. Found that thread, but unfortunately he's got the short bed version. I need it for a long bed.

Reported for driving a GM product :D

Just swap out the wiper stalk for one with intermittent. Done. It's that easy.

No rule against selling in a regional thread lol

Just a general question to all of you. I’m currently looking at adding some ditch lights and a light bar in my bumper. I already have some amber Diode Dynamics for my fog lights. For the light bar and ditch lights what color do you guys run, white or amber? I realize amber helps more in bad weather. This is turning into a way more difficult decision than it should be! Thanks for the input!

White ditch lights. Light bar can be either depending on what you use it for. Or do one of each like I did lol

I have the Diode Dynamics light bar in my front bumper. Went with the driving pattern lenses in clear. My main use is to help see suicidal deer on the side of the road. The white light helps differentiate them against the foliage. Amber light being monochromatic makes them harder to distinguish.
I have been thinking of swap out the end lenses for flood pattern.
Amber is great for dust, fog, rain. But the light bar is so bright I’m not sure it would help that much vs the fogs.

I have white driving pattern on my DD lightbar, with amber floods on the two end spaces. Works great.

One of the guys in our group has one of these. Looks nice and he's happy with it.

Just one thing, don't get RCI aluminum skids. Go straight for steel.
So I already have a transfer case skid at home and now I have a slightly dented transmission skid if anyone wants them.
So when I get home new skids and new front coilovers will be getting ordered.

I have white ditch lights and a white light bar in the bumper. I'm very happy with both, and I plan on adding yellow SS3 fogs eventually.

The ditch lights are a driving pattern, and light up the immediate vicinity very well. They'll great for navigating tight places at night. The light bar is a spot pattern, which I use to spot suicide deer, as @Camerasandcoffee mentioned, and also for nighttime runs through the woods and on the beach. :D

I might be interested in your battered old skids, they’d be better than what I have now!

I have a steel front skid I'll give you. It's for a 2nd gen (still worked on the 3rd gen) and I think it will play nice with the RCI trans and transfer skids.

What’s the main use for you? Driving in dusty conditions?
I’ve considered adding amber lenses to the sides on mine but I think with the white center it will be too bright for poor weather nighttime use.
