Just going to have to keep an eye out in the BST section for a part out with what you're looking for. There was also a national junkyard search site, but I don't recall what it was or have a link to it off hand...

Does it have the Master Door Lock and Window switch?

    What is wrong with yours?

Trim pieces are the first to go obsolete .

Gorilla tape holds mine together !!

I need head rests. :( 20 year old trucks. :notsure: I've fabed up and riveted little strips of aluminum flat stock to the inside of the little piece that covers the seat back adjuster. It also has a fair ammt of epoxy to boot for additional support. Too many times in and out caused it to crack and fall off... Everything else is just fine...for now.

Per the part number shown above, there appears to be several Toyota dealers that have this part number in stock. Try a Google search using just the part number only. They are not cheap but it does look like they exist at least according to their website.

Everywhere i've looked its listed as discontinued and OOS.
Let me know if you find a specific dealership that has them in stock.

That should get you started. I would be sure to put your VIN in on each of these websites JUST to make you are getting the correct part. Might not hurt to make sure the part number shown above hasn't been superseded/changed as well.

    Good luck!

All of those links go to a different part number.
When I put in my VIN or year and model it says that it does not fit.
But... the thumbnail looks just the same and another user told me that 2nd gen 4runners use the same part.
i'm assuming the links go to the 4runner version and thats why they say they don't fit?

The 1st gen Tacoma had a few different styles of door panel depending on the year.
I listed the specific part number as well as my truck year and specs to avoid any confusion.
I also haven't seen anything about it being superseded / changed.

Typically when I search for parts, I determine the OEM part number based on the VIN. Part numbers are great but VIN is typically more reliable. It's interesting to me that putting in the part number you provided, many, but not all searches, resulted in a different part number. Something is going on with that but not sure what.

Did find something of interest on eBay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/283938912419 I found
74210-89106-B0 popping up every now and then and this listing has a picture of the armrest with that part number on it. Listing doesn't say whether driver/passenger side. You could contact seller and ask. If the bolt hole spacing matches yours, that would be a start but don't know if it would match the one you currently have on the passenger side or not. If paint is off, used to be that you could dye it to color match. Might be worth checking out.

I do see part numbers superseded somewhat often.

Is the old armrest missing altogether or just pretty beat-up or?? If you have it, no harm having an upholstery shop check it out if you haven't done that already.

I was told 90-95 4Runners have the same armrests and there are a lot more of them out there- the switches on the driver side are different being for 4 doors but passenger should be almost identical.

The colors may be slightly off but the moon mist from the early Tacomas are very similar to the 4Runners3AC4A7B9-D389-48D6-AB6F-62B62B52402F.jpg
