I'm looking to install Toyota stock 17" rims on 2017 Tacoma Pro which currently has 16" rims
Not sure if there would be any rubbing or modifications required installing the new set of 17 wheels.

Only if you run tires wider than 265

    You'll be fine.

Keep in mind that the Sport wheels are +30 offset, while the Pro wheels are +13 (I think.) Your wheels will look a little more "tucked in," but otherwise no problems.

    Thanks for the information.
Time to replace the tires and I was thinking of replacing the rims but I'll play it safe and stay with the stock tires

Just returned from Goodyear shop, looks like the stock Pro Goodyear Adventure AT are no longer available.
Does anyone have any information on the Goodyear Territory AT

I can’t recommend these enough. Got these on the wife’s 4Runner and my F150.

We’ve had a rough winter and only “needed” 4WD once (wife was driving). Off road they’ve been comparable to BFG’s. On street they’ll be a bit louder than the Goodyears, but that’s the price you pay for ATs.

@av8tor the Falken Wildpeak A/T 3W is a solid choice that many forum members use on their Taco's.
