Strange engine rumbling/rotating noise

Trying to figure out what this noise is. I will give some back ground on the truck
2019 Tacoma with 96000 KM
Bought new in 2019
Sound started at 91000km
Brought to Toyota 3 times they said they can’t replicate it..
At idle after engine is warmed up(can be in park or in gear) I am getting a wobbling rotating sound (almost sounds like a helicopter in the distance but in the engine) it’s hard to hear with hood open, much easier to hear inside of the cab. It does not matter if the AC/heat is on or off.
It does it about 60% of the time.
If I turn ac on and engine idles up a little bit to kick in compressor the sound gets a little bit faster. But once the engine speed gets above 1000rpm it is hard to hear because of the engine noise.
Truck still full runs fine. Engine oil is good (had a oil change before it happening and during it happening)
It is not over heating and there is no visible signs of any leaks.

Did you check the radiator fan? The only thing in the engine that rotate and makes alot of noise and spin base on engine speed.

If you hold the phone up to your ear it is much easier to hear

 

Sounds like a dodge hemi...you got aftermarket exhaust?

 

2019 trd pro so came with trd exhaust. That sound is not the exhaust your hearing though that’s the engine wobble I’m talking about

Oh never mind.

 

Max volume using my headphones and I can barely hear the engine running.

 

If I had to guess I would some hair/fuzz is on the blower fan.

 

Dono why it’s sounding loud on my phone engine is hard to hear over that rotating sound I’m describing though

 

Sounds almost like a tick in the background.

 

I can hardly hear on my phone either. Shrugs*

 

All ac/heat works great. Sound is there without any ac or heat on
