Honestly I got hung up on accidently left my light bar on when I got home.

Do you know how many cockwombles I see riding around along my urban, well-lit commute running fucking light bars? There's a damn Ford Focus on my street running a 36" light bar. Fuck that guy.

Stop running your off-road light on the street.

It runs the extra stuff in my other two cars. It ran in my tundra. Gotta pay to play. Cheap sht doesn’t work. Could also go $402 for the agm Odyssey too. That’s another good battery!

it’s like others said.. would you buy a used condom?

or why buy a reconditioned battery??
Imagine being out in the woods 40 miles out deep in the forest. Battery goes dead. Oh oops..

Same with why I bought TE’s?!? Why??? Because they’re forged! If I break a bead, at least I can hammer it out and make it back. You do that with a cast wheel, you’re fucked out in the boonies..

I've been super tempted to get an Antigravity, the weight savings and the fact you can let it sit for months without charging it are huge selling points. What AH capacity did you get for your truck?

Unfortunately places like Walmart sell them as their value line. I've bought them for my tractors and they are garbage lasting a few months or till the end of the warranty period. I've bitten the bullet, and now only buy deka batteries....problem solved.

I worked in a recycled oil plant. They had a "cracking" tower, same as refining oil from crude. The owner said it was better...who knows? Pay was $1.30 an hour if I recall.

I went with the 40 in my last taco. Will
Most likely go with another 40 in this one too. In the tundra I ran 60, but because I had a lot of front facing lights and a few rear facing lights as well, ArB fridge/freezer, arb compressor. Not going so deep as I did with the taco this round.

refurbished batteries are defiantly a thing but the end use is usually different that original. ie ev batteries can have a second life in a power wall.
