Anyone please help me out here.
I have a 2015 tacoma with a hollow clunking noise in my front end. More so on the passenger side.
    So far i have replaced
-Lower control arm bushings (whiteline bushings) lower control arm ball joint as well.
    - Brand new Icon delta joint upper control arm
-Bilstein 6112 in front and 5160 struts in rear with add a leaf
    - Full set of energy suspension cab mount bushings
    - ECGS clamshell bushing installed in front Diff.
    -3x2" ready lift suspension lift
-new u-joints and steady bearings on drive shaft.
    -New front and rear brakes
    - I have also removed my sway barfto tey and eliminate any related noise..

I am out of options on things to fix or replace. Anyone else have any ideas or similar issues please help lead me in the right direction. Its such a annoying hollow clunking noise on the mildest bumps more so when driving slow down the street from manholes , small.road heaves and pot holes. The noise has been there before any of these modifications were done. It is this noise that has started me on this journey of repairing my truck. I have 300,000 kms. Thanks in advace for any help here

If the noise was there before any of these modifications, I'd look for what hasn't changed. Did you ever update any of the bump stops?

I'm assuming that "ready lift" is a spacer & block lift kit? That won't help anything. What's a "steady bearing" on the drive shaft? Is that in reference to the center support bearing on the rear shaft?

Are you sure it's the suspension making the noise and not something like a loose skid plate or side step? Start wiggling other stuff and see if anything is loose that shouldn't be loose. Heck, even check that your battery is secure (and see if the inner fender is tearing itself apart like some do).

Check your front radiator support bushings and steering rack bushings. Those like to clunk after getting beat up and worn out. I typed all that other stuff and then remembered this - my money is on this now because it's weird.

Good luck chasing it down and welcome to Tacoma World!

I have a clunk I’m chasing down as well. Like mentioned I plan on checking the steering rack bushings, I’ll also be checking the motor mounts, sway bar bushings, etc. From visual inspection looking at the control arms, end links and anything I can see from the wheel well everything looks good. I was also thinking it may just be my OME 883 springs like making a noise cause it only happens on like at the limit of stressing the front suspension (think like going over one of those large rolling speed bumps).

My steering rack and intermediate shaft made some odd clunks. My steering rack was internal not the bushings. Helps to have someone rock the truck and turn the wheel back and forth quickly

I found the problem. It was my struts were set with to stiff of a setting causing the upper ball joint making contact with the upper control arm on my icon delta joint UCA.. Once i lowered the swtting on my Bilstein 6112 the noise went away. Also gave me a much softer ride quality. Thanks everyone for the posts
