ABS Molds Nicely with Heat

Full street header, add-a-leaf spring (rear)

Applying a concentration of 275 - 350 degrees in a small area made my AC control cover plate (which is made of ABS, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) soft enough to mold back into shape. No burns. I just hit the back of it and stayed away from the film that the backlights pass through.
