Probably time to call your insurance company. Do the right thing and take off all your off road gear and clean it up and say you hit some pot holes. The alignment tech should have been able to see what was bent, but if they are sending you down the road, it must be pretty serious. How fast were you going before you slowed down to 30? How are your teeth and back? Must have been on hell of a ride.

Looks like it's time for a trip to the body shop and some insurance calls. Sucks but it happens.

Wouldn't the right thing be to instead be ethical and just eat the cost yourself or be honest about what happened? I mean you play you pay right?

Kinda hard to tell from those pictures but they appear to be okay and in an orientation one could expect to see them in depending on alignment specs but I'm no alignment guru. If its not the cam bolts then a good chance you bent your spindles, it may be worthwhile getting a second opinion from another shop.

I hear you, and by no means agree with it but you have to play the game. Not a lot different than my neighbors that all got new roofs because the roof gypsies found a way to make claims about damage from a hail storm. The reality is there was nothing wrong with their roofs except they were old. They all started getting new roofs for the cost of their deductible. I initially said no because I knew it was a scam, but when I realized that I would be the only one paying for a new roof out of my pocket and my insurance was going up because I was paying for theirs, it made more sense to join them. We all pay a lot for insurance. You can either get your fair share or pay for someone else. I would rather get mine because I know there are a lot more that will take advantage than those that do what is right.

I rest my case. Those cams look within ranges. Seems like you’re spindles are done.

Nobody has to play any games... there's a big difference between a new roof and some bent suspension parts on a truck but to each their own.

Not really any difference. What is the incentive for this guy to do the right thing when 99% of the population would file a claim with their insurance and say it was a pothole? He could either feel good about being a rule follower and put a gold star on his forehead or he could do like everyone else and get his truck fixed and not have a hole in his wallet. It is sad that that is the way that it is, but we don't make the rules. We just play the game.

Fify... I wouldn't expect an answer any different from people coming out of the biggest home owner insurance fraud state but I digress.

Sadly it isn't fraud. It is perfectly legal. Unfortunately our laws here make it easy. There is a reason Morgan & Morgan originated in Florida. Also a reason that our insurance rates are absurd.

By the geometry, it appears to be an issue in the lower rear of the adjustments. By that I mean something in the bottom (Like an LCA) rear is likely bent. You're going to have to get it put up on a frame jig but if you wanted to gamble, I'd start with LCA's and new cam bolts, Left side would be my first stop. If it comes in more than ~35% towards the toe and camber range before adjustments, you've found the problem. I don't agree with a bent spindle as it's 4x4 and the amount of force required would have damaged more than just that.

Speaking from first hand experience, this isn’t accurate. Three separate trucks I’ve wheeled with on separate occasions have bent their spindles, and only their spindles. They’re a fuse of sorts, they’re not particularly hard to bend on a good hit.

If a decent alignment shop turned me away because they thought it was a larger issue, I would take it to a collision shop, unless of course had the motivation to dig into it myself. Aligning an IFS that has the integrity issues isn’t solving the root problem.
