No. I don’t know anybody who does this stuff.

I think I am trying to rely a little too much on TW for this, or rather, in this case, it’s a lot to ask. I mean I did ultimately get my answer to my original question. Tnshooter answered that should be 0v at the inner fuse (in this case, power outlet) terminal.

I really didn’t want to start a whole new thread seeing’s how I had another going already. However my last post was stating that I had found the 1.17v drop & asking how I should proceed. When I got no response, I looked up stuff on it & got the idea that I should see if it was any closer to the battery as well as if removing anything would affect the numbers. Hence my checking the fuse terms. Didn’t know if a wire under the box could be messed up….

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I give you credit for keeping at things.

Was this with the alternator /Engine running output of 14 Plus DCV?

I had my 86 4Runner that did not have enough voltage to pull the Turn Signal flasher in with the engine off.

The hazard lights failed to work as well

Brand new battery and charging system just a old tired wiring harness.

As long as the system voltage does not drop low enough 11.5 or 11 VDC while running you should be fine below that voltage the ECM will go in hibernation to save it`s self.

Why not start your own rebuild /build thread every thing near at hand.

Does your Digital EWD have all The pages Lots of great information before the circuit diagrams.

Not sure what else I can do 5 plus hours away. In the old days Many trips up New York state Route 22 to Vermont.

    Best of luck!!
