All, typically which belt is the offender? The Alternator belt) Only happens on startup. I visually inspected all areas of all belts and no fluids dripping onto either of them.

    I have an 03 Toyota Tacoma prerunner 2wd 3.4L v6 auto.

    thanks

You can probably start it up and start spraying penetrating oil on each one by one, when the spray silences the noise, you've found the culprit. Then again, if you have no record of the belts being changed, might make sense to just change out your drive belts. It only costs ~$80 (from my local stealership, probably cheaper elsewhere) for all 3 OEM drive belts, and they can easily be changed with a couple box end wrenches in about an hour.

Sounds like one of your belts is loose and needs to be tightened.

Be careful not to over-tighten it.

Not a big fan of spraying oil on belts. While spraying it's probably "easier"- the better way would be to remove each one (start the truck for a second) until it stopped, then you know that's the culprit.

^^^ but this is the right answer.

You be surprised how quiet a belt gets when you snug it down and any pulleys involved.

    100% same.

@shankyjones, you can give each belt a couple of sprays from a bottle filled with water to ID the offending belt then snug up.
