    2007 Silver Tacoma 2WD w/ Access cab
    Can anyone direct me to a 2007 2WD Front license plate bracket? I've had no luck getting an OEM fit. I've only seen aftermarket that doesn't look right to me. Any help is appreciated

    I didn't even know there was a special bracket, I just screwed the front plate into the correct spots, there are two very small dimples on the front bumper indicating where the screws go.

    doesn't it bend the plate across the radius of the bumper?

    Don’t know how strict your law enforcement is in your area. But I haven’t put a front plate on my vehicles in the last ten years. I just leave the plate under the seat.

    oh man, I put my plate back on the front after in installed my winch, because the plate covers up the gap in my ARB bumper and keeps more crap off my winch hook. but driven many a vehicle with the plate on the dash, or in the back seat floorboard.

    though I will say I've also gotten a few tickets and a "fix it" I can usually argue that because there is no place to attach a plate there on the bumper I've talked my way out of a few of them.

    Now that I'm looking at more and more vehicles near me I'm noticing not many have a mount for the front plate either. I did buy a silicone frame for it thought so it doesn't scuff the bumper badly.

    Yep. That’s what I have a silicon plate frame. I just remove the plate once a month to clean the bumper behind it.
