So I have a 1995.5 2.7 and it is currently running under some weird circumstances, as in it absolutely sputters and backfires UNLESS you take the plate that covers the sensor portion of the MAF off. Once you do that it runs almost perfect.
I cannot quite understand why this is and how bad of an issue it can turn into but if y’all could give some insight it would be appreciated.
