Recently installed the Warn Semi Hidden Winch Mount on my 2015 Pro. Thought the big cutouts looked stupid and unfinished so I drew up some grills and my neighbor printed them for me. They can be popped out if needed, but you can access the winch engagement lever without removing them and the winch is wireless. (sorry it's not a spit polished picture, went to Tahoe and we've got tons of snow). As to the winch mount install, the instructions want you to pretty much remove the whole front end. No need, this install was done without removing the bumper cover, fog lights etc. Also was able to install it with the winch mounted up as I have a small lift that allowed me to raise it up from underneath as one unit.
