I had a small crack that grew to be a large crack after jacking my truck for an oil change. I looked at Safelite for a windshield replacement; they quoted $580 over the $700 for an OEM windshield.

My truck is a 2020 2wd limited. Is an OEM windshield recommended for the camera's?

    thank you

For with the 500 option getting an oem won’t make a difference, if you go OE it will be even more.

From what I've read on here finding a qualified installer is more important than oem vs. aftermarket glass. Seems oem is prone to cracks if you look at wrong.

Insurance won’t cover? Replaced windshield on my 2018 with $100 deductible. Accidents have a $1000 deduct, windshield…$100. Every policy is different obviously.
