I’m new to the Taco world, well truck world at all! I’m looking to do a 2ish inch lift and level.

Should I do spacers or a full suspension lift?

Agreed I think you’ll be happier with the suspension lift. It’s more money but you certainly get more bang for your buck. If you decide on a spacer lift I would check out Wescott Designs preload collar lift kit. I’ve heard positive things about them and it won’t break the bank. Good luck

Suspension is the way to go. You will thank yourself in the long run, especially if you intend to keep the truck for a while/and or haul around family or daily drive it. Spacer lifts create more of a harsh ride whereas a suspension lift will give you a better quality ride while being lifted.
Yes, spacer lifts are cheaper, but saving the money for a new suspension setup is better in the long term. I have firsthand experience with both and will say hands down the suspension lift is the way to go.

Devils advocate, you'll be completely happy with a spacer lift. Anyone who disagrees is more than welcome to make a case with the lack of information given in OP's post.

Simply put, we can't choose for you on limited knowledge of your truck's intended use/budget/etc. My best guess is that if you don't why a spacer would or wouldn't be worse, you don't intend to use it in those ways. So a spacer lift it is.
