WTS a used 2nd gen front diff actuator, dash new 4x4 switch, and used 4x4 ecu. I moved a couple times and finally unpacked the box yesterday and just want them out of the garage.

All parts worked when I purchased them for my 2014 v6 4x4 Tacoma to troubleshoot a 4x4 failure which ended up being a t-case actuator issue. But I put these parts in, and then removed them and put the working originals back in when I found the root cause of the issue.

    $80+ shipping for the lot.

Where did you buy your T-case actuator? OEM or Amazon?
I'm going through the same thing. I just replaced my front ACC on the front differential, still no luck.

I took it to a dealership eventually as I was moving 1000 miles away and wanted it fixed. They dropped the t-case and split it, which is apparently the only correct way to replace the actuator due to the way the shaft and motor index on the gears. Quite a dumb design and I'm still freaking salty about it. $$$$ for the actuator and $$$$ for the splitting of the t-case. Though they did price match me for an OEM one I found online the actuator was still $900.

I think I bought the front actuator from Rock Auto used/refurb. I put it in and drove it around in 2wd for a while (hence the dirt) to get to work and back as I waited on other parts.

Try replacing one of the limit switches/sensors on the t-case. It's easy to replace and cheaper then the tab for replacing the t-case actuator. The next things I tried are the dash switch and the 4x4 ECU since they were a lot cheaper then the t-case nonsense.

I don't think it'll need to be programmed. The 4x4 ECU is pretty simple, it's basically some logic relays to prevent people from doing stupid things when shifting into 4WD.

I don't know if that'd work off the top of my head.

For some reason I thought it was the main ECU not the 4wd ECU.. I apologize was looking for a second ECU.
