OR Headlights DRL tap - Overbuilt

For those with the LED DRL Headlights (not SR/SR5) here's an overbuilt solution to add lights in parallel with the DRL (ON after vehicle ON and parking brake released) parking circuit and ground.

Intercept harness would join original circuits.


DRL and Tail circuits into sealed diode holder.

Diode (prevents circuits feeding back into each other) to relay coil (+)
Relay coil ground to intercept harness ground. Relay supplied by fuse to battery (not Ignition)

Relay controlled fused power to sealed distribution box.
Distribution box to added circuits; Grill Lamps, Ditch light back lighting, Light bar back lighting, etc.
