2013 Tacoma No Start after initial fire up

    Story first, I just tore it down to the short block replaced Everything. New complete heads, chains, oil pump, water pump, coils and plugs, keep going... Initial start up runs beautiful. I let it run for a few minutes and shut it off. Go to start it again and it won't start. I have spark and fuel. Pulled codes just a misfire on cylinder 2 which was no big deal but that was it. Anybody have a best guess?
