The ol’ girl got new differential fluids front and rear today after work. Had to make sure there wasn’t any water in the fluid from the trip. Didn’t expect her to become a boat while out there

That's what I'm here for, the mods and the gear.
This gives me a little comfort; I watched the vids and wished I could attempt it.

I didn't either. Last Oct. the water was only half way to the hub. When I was fully in, I was majorly concerned about seepage. My amp resides under the pass seat, and the water was 1/3 of the way up my doors. A teeny bit got in.

Skids, including a hitch skid, sliders, and decent tires are all you need.

I don’t know about you guys, but I'm having a hard time adjusting to being back.
I wake up at night and I'm hot.
I wake up in the morning and look outside expecting to see Pat cooking breakfast.
I have to remember to flush the toilet.
I see a curb and I want to drive over it.

Jason's run up Hell's Gate was damn near perfect. Perfect is keeping all 4's on the ground the whole way. His driver front came up 2" for about 2 ft. at the "flexy" part near the top. It was the best run I had seen out of 8-10 attempts. Well done, sir, very well done. Unlike this guy. He watched me do Hells Gate in my "stock" 4R. He figured it would be a breeze in his built Jeep. Respect for the obstacle and knowing your limitations is kinda important. When he tipped, he put his hand out the window to stop the tip.

Yeah, it's a really good way to make a bad situation far, far worse.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
When I raced, one guy grabbed his rollcage to brace himself as he rolled...lost half of his left pinkie when it was pinched between the rollcage and a rock. He said he never felt it...all of a sudden there was blood all over his hand.
