I think you'll probably have to look around for wheel refurb places (or the bst here) and see if you can replace that first one outright. Not sure what you'd do otherwise to repair the damage to it. The others.. get the tires off, and get 'em sand blasted and repaint/clear them :notsure:

I'd honestly just get some new aftermarket wheels. That was the route I went. Didn't have to worry about balance issues, they ended up being much lighter as well.

You can find replacements for those for about $25 each on craigslist or FB marketplace. Not worth any time or money repairing.

I have a 15” set that look like crap. Local guy said he would restore them for $75 each. I bought a decent set of 16’s for $50 total, but my new Michelins are 15’s so I keep looking for some decent 15’s

There is no coming back on that first wheel. I got 4 2nd gen TRD OR snowflakes for $50 on Craigslist and love how they look on my truck. Keep an eye out and you can find something nice for cheaper than refurb.

I snagged a set 16”s off of CL for $40. On FB Marketplace right now, there’s a set of 16”s for $65. I might grab them.

Not sure on that deep cut, maybe you can find some sort of aluminum filler and grind it smooth. If you want something down and dirty but "good enough," do a better job than I did LOL

There are DIY kits out there for less than $100 using grinder, epoxy, sandpaper, paint. It’s a little bit like finishing drywall. Not easy to make look perfect but it’s a good skill to have if you like saving a few bucks. Especially if you’re married and your wife thinks curb rash is cool.
