The Retrofit Source Warranty Issues

Anyone else ever deal with them for a warranty issue and not get anywhere? I had one igniter go out on the HID kit I put in my wife's Civic a couple of years back and they have been really slow to respond and claim they aren't getting some of my emails as I'm trying to get it warrantied. I heard so many good things about them over the years but this experience has been terrible.

 

Had several claims over the last 8years with no issues on warranty.

 

Emailed them from two different addresses today (Yahoo Mail and Gmail) and sent a FB message with no response. Not happy.

 

They are phenomenal with warranties. You can also call them in Atlanta. I've made 4 claims.

 

Guess I'll have to call. Still haven't heard anything from the emails and FB messages I sent yesterday morning. Luckily I had a spare ballast/igniter set laying around from an old DDM Tuning kit.
