Pulled out what I'm pretty sure was the original muffler for my 08. Not that it was doing much anymore.

Replaced with a Walker quiet-flow, and suddenly the bag of angry hornets disappeared.

Total cost: $160 muffler, 4 grinder wheels, and a chunk out of my thumb

It’ll be easier to tell you what’s NOT original: front brake pads, 1 brake caliper piston boot, 1 CV joint boot kit, windshield, wiper blades, blower motor resistor and connector pigtail, fluids, filters, spark plugs, tires, KB Voodoo bed caps and tailgate cap, TSB leaf springs, shocks and struts, Firestone Ride-Rite airbags, a few bulbs, a few clips, center console lid latch, Weather Tech floor mats, OEM headlight assemblies (one was damaged in a collision and I paid to have the other replaced due to hazing). That’s all I can think of at the moment but I’ll update if I think of anything else…

The only parts I've replaced are the alternator, one U-Joint and the headlight assembly. Everything else that has been replaced are consumable items that aren't intended to last the life of the truck. Things like brake pads, tires, batteries etc. It still has the factory drums and rotors.

2007 closing in on 240,000 miles.

I'm working my way through basically everything as well, this was just the latest repair/upgrade. So far, entirely new tail lights, power steering rack, blower resistor and harness, brake master cylinder, bilstein 4600s in the rear, rotors and pads, stereo, antenna, grill, fog lights, tires...and I'm not even at my 2 year anniversary.

2010 TRD OR with 304K miles. Only things that have been replaced are a couple of U joints, a starter, headlights, blower motor connector (I think the resistor is on its way out), several front wheel bearings, front struts, and I just replaced the factory front axles at 303K only due to torn boots. Even still has the factory control arms and ball joints, I really wanted to change them but they are still tight as new lol.

Edit: after seeing @2015WhiteOR 's post I remembered I replaced the windshield lol

Wish I still had the original windshield! Stupid angle makes them prone to damage from road debris though.
