I recently sprayed some mass air flow cleaner in my intake and now my engine is really loud it sort of roars and doesn’t idle so well. I know I have a below recommended psi in my 3rd cylinder. Is this ok or is there an easy fix to this?

You sprayed it into the intake? Supposed to remove the sensor, spray it directly and let it dry before reinstalling. I don't think MAF cleaner is meant to be used directly into the intake like Seafoam or the like.

Yeah I sprayed a couple quick blasts into into the intake after removing it from the filter box. I didn’t unplug the wire bundle but I did wait a few minutes for the spray to evaporate before starting the engine.

Mine pops out. I squeeze blasted the filaments with 70% alcohol spray.

It's not an intake spray. You spray it directly onto the sensor wire inside the MAF sensor. Nowhere else around the intake.

That said, the symptom is much like that of a MAF sensor that needs to be cleaned that way. Or maybe the CPU needs time to cycle since you unplugged it? I eventually got a CEL after cleaning it, and it turned out the electrical contacts on the MAF sensor unit were corroded. I cleaned those with electrical cleaner and then it behaved good.
