What are you looking for an opinion on? Is it totaled? Probably not. What is the fluid leak from the front? No idea without looking closer at it. Hopefully it's just a bolt on new rear suspension, driveline, alignment fix. Perhaps an opportunity to upgrade your rear suspension setup if you want to. It's kind of weird the fuel door looks crooked, but maybe it's just open and the picture makes it look off. Hopefully there isn't some weird buckling that went on with the body.

Leaf spring centering pin is sheared off.
Is it 2WD? The leak might be from the driveshaft being pulled out of the transmission (assuming Toyota puts the slip-spline on the transmission output shaft as is common on other makes, I'm not fully familiar with the 2WDs).

Both should be easy fixes. A leaf spring centering pin is a few dollars at an auto parts store. Do check for a bent wheel, bent axle flange, or bent axle housing though, as these are all possible (but certainly not guaranteed) after such an impact.

The fuel door thing is odd though (I'll guess it's not related to this incident since there's no other visible damage in that immediate area).

Sorry to see your truck like that. From the pics, it looks repairable.
Must not live in the rust belt, frame looks clean.
