REK GEN mud flap modification for bigger tires

    2021 SR Access Cab Tacoma
    I bought new tires for my truck but I noticed the tires rubs on the mud flap when doing sharp turns.

    Doesn't sound bad when driving but when reversing is sounds terrible.
    At this rate it's going to a leave a hole on the mud flaps if this continues.

    Any suggestions to fix this issue?
    I don't want to remove them
