When I got my 2015 Tacoma the previous owner had what I think is a 1 inch strut spacer in the front installed, and nothing in the back. The truck has a pretty good squat to it. What size rear block should I get to level it out?

One way to get a decent estimate is measure the distance from the center of the hub to the bottom of the fender in the Front. Then do the same for the rear. Whatever the difference is will be the size of the spacer to put in the rear just to level it out.

2" is 2", decide how much lift you want.

Fwiw 2" rear blocks made the ride considerably worse. The rear is more jittery over imperfections now, an issue these trucks have already.
Better shocks may help this, or using AALs or new leafs.

My truck is a pavement princess for now but I will be getting new shocks in the future since it’s one of the more expensive upgrades for the truck. Pennsylvania roads are horrible anyway so I’m not too worried about a bit of a harsher ride but we will see. I ordered 2 inch rear blocks yesterday and I will update once I have them installed and what I think about them. Thanks for the Help Gents!!!!!

The one-inch front spacer was likely part of a leveler kit. It was meant to give the truck an overall level look cause trucks come from the factory with a slight rake. Eight years later, this rake has mostly disappeared and you now have a reverse rake, a squat as you call it. You can either remove the front spacer, or lift the rear. A one inch block back there should cause no issues. More than that and you will need longer brake lines, longer shocks, and shims to angle the diff up. I’ve seen some one-blocks with a taper built in. Generally, blocks do not affect ride quality, but they will affect handling because of the higher center of gravity.

I have one-inch blocks. I did get longer shocks cause I have air bags which can raise the rear up to two more inches, and I sometimes air them up when I offroad. But, for surface driving you can stick with oem shocks. Another thing you may need are taller stops. I didnt get them cause of the air bags.
