96 Tacoma, the snugtop is almost as old - I think we bought it the second year we had the truck. The rivets have failed on the bottom of my lift gate and the glazing is super crumbly and I can't get it to go back in all the way. I saw another thread with a rec for glazing so I may try that and see if I can borrow a rivet gun from someone? Right now its all held together with gorilla tape
Additionally, the side window glazing is disintegrating and the forward windows are sliding back in the casing so there is a gap between the frame and glass (also just gorilla taped that up for the moment).
I just remanned the engine at 300k so I'm going to have this truck for another several years at least but the topper may not last that long.
Suggestions? Gan I reglaze and reposition the side windows myself? Anyone done this or had similar issues with a 25 year old topper?
