    Has anyone ever gone from dash with no usb slots to a dash with usb slots under the radio?

    it probably wouldn't be to hard look for a youtube video with audio or wiring installs where they take it apart. follow the steps and replace with new part

    I think that is the 09-11 the 12+ has 4 blanks and the outlets both on the right side. Here is mine.

    In my 05 I switched mine to a 14’s lower dash about a month after I got the truck. Found it at a junk yard so I got it for only about $75.
    Didn’t really get a good before photo, but I think you can make out the cigarette lighter in the bottom left of the first photo.

    Stock (99.999%) OEM Bed Floor Mat, Front Bed Rail Cargo Net and hooks, Auto-Dim mirror w/Compass and outside Temperature display, TRD Pro Grille, Uni-Filter air pump modification, WeatherTech floor liners f/r. (winter) OEM All-Weather floor mats (summer).
    FWIW: my 2014 has a combined USB/AUX in one of the blanks next to the two 12V outlets. Should be an easy mod/add with the factory insert.

    Did mine a few months back. Bought it locally from a guy that buys wrecked Tacoma's and parts them out. He's been my go to guy a few times.
    I bought a blank switch cap to cover the aux switch since my radio has Bluetooth and a rear locker switch for when I eventually get one cause PreRunner.

    The good thing is that the parts are interchangeable, the bad part is that swapping them is an involved process.
