Just got a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport premium, previously had a 2017 and a 2009. My truck is stock, daily driver and many on the highway. I am considering adding 1.5" hub centric spacers, torqued to specs with locktight... also considering the tune offered from YotaTune. I wonder about experiences or knowledge in these areas including potentially affecting warranty.

Welcome, I'd run a search on wheel spacers as we have dozens of threads on them and there are several different threads on tunes. For warranty info, check the stickies regarding the Magnuson Moss Act

If you put wheel spacers on, and a part remotely related requires warranty work, you are at the mercy of your dealership. Of course, the spacers aren’t hard to remove so that might be the best way to deal with a potential issue.
