I need advice on how I should proceed next. Was reinstalling steel front skid plate and I stripped the furthest front mounting bolt and hole on the passenger side. Can the hole be re-threaded and a new bolt installed, is drilling and tapping a new mounting hole possible or should I just run the skid plate without that bolt?

@HondaGM I’m gonna give that a try, at this point I don’t think I can make it worse than it already is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

With your current bumper, looks like you have access to the top of the crossmember? Drill all the way through the top of the crossmember and use a long bolt with nut and thick fender washer.
