I already have the perch setting at 5. Can i change it to an extended bolt so i can use a 1/2" top plate. Seems like I would need a shop to do it?

    Thanks

Yes, you need to pull assembly and replace all 3 bolts to longer bolts. 1/2 plate will give you 1". Which in my opinion will put you to high in front and cause you more problems than you want.

Stick to the specs on suspension kits and I bet you will have no problems

    Work in progress...
I run a 1/4" spacer on my 6112's, set on 4th and 5th notch. You are going to have to disassemble the coil over to install the spacer so go ahead and add the longer top hat bolts.

    Stick to 1/4" max.

Also take a look at your ball joint and tie rod angles and decide if more lift is going to be ideal.
