    Sorry I missed the part about the vibration being in the rear when you had a pull & a vibration at the same time I assumed you were having what I call a radial pull, it is rare but sometimes you can get a radial "push" when the problem is a rear tire in that case you want to move left rear to right front & right rear to left front to test. If the vibration is still in the rear check your driveline angle also look at the driveshaft itself.

    Alignment is bang on, it's supposed to have positive camber. I would usually push for a little more caster and total toe, but there's nothing with your alignment that would cause the vibration.

    Honestly, I would be focused on the KO2's. I have 100% seen them cause these issues. Usually a cross rotation and burning the wear off in the reverse direction is the only solution.

    Also, I've never ever seen a road force fix a balance issue. We don't even use ours.

    Always wondered something...maybe you can explain.
    How reliable are the Hunter QuickGrip adapters? I know they don't need to be centered and uses software to compensate; how does it 'know'?
    Are the protection rings prone to wear/damage and how much could that affect alignment?

    During the rolling run out it graphs the image and compensates for it.

    The rings are 100000x better than the hooks that used to clamp on rims and fall off during alignments.

    There's a lot of room for error still, and it takes experience. You have to be able to tell when the readings are off, and the actual wheel is correct.

    I can do most lifted Toyotas in 20-30 mins if they aren't seized and I can take my time.

    That's great to hear, the shop I went to has a great reputation, I figured the problem is on my side somewhere.
    When I rotate my rears to my fronts tomorrow, would you expect me to have viberation in my steering wheel now? If we think the problemed tire in the back before?

    Or is it not that simple?

    I'm confused as to how this would move the rear axel. My understanding is there are pins aligning the springs to the spring pads.

    There are alignment pins but for the small amount you are off there should be enough play to move it. Like I said though it really is not worth messing with.

    You're trying to wear the tire down, then one day rebalance it.

    Big thing is crossing left to right to reverse the direction of tread wear.

    a bit toed in, and the castr seems off what are the SPC UCA's set to? sorry haven't dealt with these at all I run JBAoffroad High castor UCA's.. only adjustment I needed was to set castor at 3* I'm thinking you are having scrub radius issues creating scalloping in your tires, and what you are feeling is the variations in rubber depth as they hit pavement.. does it appear more evident harsher vibes at different speeds? how about at high speeds like 70-75MPh? vs 25-30Mph...?? vs 55mph?

    So after some time playing with the truck rotating the tires in circles and taking notes when and what causes the truck to "bounce" I think i've got it alot more narrowed down.

    1.) I think I was just being dramatic about the truck pulling to the right. I think I was just feeling the crown, and the bigger width of my new tires just grabbing. I'm use to my wifes rav4 or my Elantra which both drives like small cars.

    2.) I've figured exactly what causes my truck to " bounce" It only happens on the freeway and the thing that causes the bounce without fail is:

    a.) In Utah, the freeway is made up of either black top or concrete with relief cuts every 10' or so.. When my truck goes over the concrete with the relief cuts, i get the bounce.. Everytime. Doesn't matter if its 65, 70 or 75 she bounces. I feel absoltely nothing in my steering wheel.
    b.) I've never felt fat in my life, but going over these concrete cuts, lets you know every ounce of fat in your body, and I am NOW on a diet. :(

    I'm not sure what my next steps are, i thought maybe having c load and airing down would have fixed this, but it did not.

    I also have the adjustable front and rear shocks, i'm curious if changing up those settings from firm to soft or vice-versa would help.

    I have also been looking at reported issues of wheel hop, or shaking in the rear end Archive offroad sells a shackle hangar that stiffens the rear end and helps to eliminate this. Rago fab also makes their own kit...
