    So you're convinced your brother already tried to get them replaced but the shop lied and didn't actually do it?

    Let see some receipts that show spark plug replacement before we start throwing shops under the bus

    Yeah, I don’t know of any shop or individual that puts back in 2 different sets of plugs.
    The plugs on the 4.0 are EASY to do if you have any mechanical ability at all.
    I can’t see a shop lying about that. If I were a tech, I’d job all over that job. Easy money.

    I think your brother is mistaken, he either thinks he had them done, and didn’t.
    Or he just plain didn’t have them done. No biggie, it’s just plugs. You changed them and all is good.

    takes like 30-60min if you move stuff barely out of the way and sneak in there with the right extensions
