I just made a 390 mile trip to Savannah Ga yesterday and I'm very happy with the 5100's. We were mostly on the interstate at 75mph and up to 85mph a time or two. Truck feels very predictable and confident. I can't emphasize enough about how happy I am with my set up compared to the TRD OR shocks.

Truck is a 2023 TRD OR.

Front: 5100's(24-263108), 4th clip (1.55") along with factory coils, ECGS bushing.

Rear: 5100's(24-186728), HS progressive AAL, OL removed, plus a homemade 3/8" block(this maxes out the length of the OEM U-bolts).

I'm considering going to 5th clip up front. 265/70r17's

Have a question, finished up installing a 5100 with 2inch lift coils last night. Went to put the wheels/tires back on and I'm contacting the UCA before the rim is even sitting fully on the studs. Running stock TRD sport wheels, 17x7.5 with +30.

Spacer size to move the wheel out enough? I know less than zero about spacers.

That seems odd. Lots of folks have installed the TRD lift or 5100's. Which notch on the 5100's and what coil springs are you using?

5100s on highest setting w/ AAL from ICON. Wheels were 16x8-0 wrapped in 285/75/16 Cooper Discoverer AT3s. Had the setup for years. Rode comfortably on the road and handled the dirt just fine (not bouncy compared to stock). I was pleased w/ the setup until I installed Icon RXTs at the stiffest configuration and road became rather stiff on the road. Tires did rub on the mudflaps at full lock - but that was it.

I'd love to, but I can't the tire on lol. It's the +30 offset that's killing me, ordered 1.25 spacers today to get me buy until I settle on new rims.

So, that would essentially mimic the ride height of the TRD lift. IDK, I went with 4Runner TRD Pro wheels with the +4 offset before I even lifted.... so my wheels are about 1" further "out". I'm still pretty sure I've seen stock Sport wheels on TRD lifted trucks. I assume your still running 265's, right?

No, running 255/80/17 so little skinnier tire made me think I'd be ok clearance wise. Ordered some 1.25 spacers today, once they're on I'll measure and see what the space is between tire and uca, should shed more light on the rubbing.

I’d stay away from OME…. Too many complaints of sagging. I went with Dobinsons

This is true with the older version that I have now. I started with a 2” lift and with weight of skids and bumper now about 1”. I think I heard that the new version is better now but I’m looking for new coils to bring my front back up. How do you like the dobinsons?

I really liked them a lot and will be installing a full set on my new 4Runner.
