Humming noise

    2005 Red Tacoma SR5
    Currently have some sort of humming noise when my truck's engine is off but the ignition is turned 1 click over. The battery light is also on and daytime running lights aren't working. However, the battery doesn't seem to be getting any lower so i'm not sure if it's the alternator. When I turn the ignition off, there is a sort of zap sound so i'm wondering if there is a bad wire or something shorting out?
