    Hey everyone,

I got an exhaust reroute done on my Tacoma to properly fit the RCI T-Case skid plate. I noticed the original exhaust was actually two pipes one inside the other presumable to avoid transferring too much heat to the transfer case. The new exhaust pipe doesn’t do this and actually runs closer to the transfer case. Should I be concerned about overheating the transfer case? If so, is there some sort of heat shielding I can apply without redoing the reroute?
