    Hey Guys,
I need a new Rear Wheel Bearing on my driver's Side. I'm tempted to go with the Dorman after-market one since I'm really low on Cash right now. I found a shop that will install it for $350. Do you think the After Market will work well? Am I risking failure? Thanks!

I generally dont trust Dorman for anything but nuts and bolts, or non-complex parts. For bearings look to DuraGo for high quality China parts. Maybe even TRQ stuff - I’ve never used their products but they seem to also use higher quality China parts.

doorman will be fine. im running bearings from doorman and they were put on probably 50k miles ago. Im lifted with 12 wides as well so they get abused. Of course OEM is your best but i understand the low on cash part.

I had to go with Dorman since I’m in a time crunch. The shop broke the ABS sensor. Anyone know if the abs sensor is easy to remove or does this shop really suck? I’d like to be fair to them since the truck does have a lot of rust but I know shops don’t like to take responsibility for their mistakes either.

Ok. Just wanted to make sure they’re not at fault but I understand these things can happen.

I use Timken on everything, have never had an issue. Just replaced both rear axles on my Tundra 60k miles ago.
