After a person hit my driver's side window hard my door locks started to have a delay in locking with the fob. There is a delay before the fob will work when exiting. It doesn't happen everytime. The dealership had no answers.

Is it only one door, if so which door. Is it only with the fob? Is is only when locking and never when unlocking.

I have no solution but I was picturing you as my neighbor testing this, and it's quite funny to imagine.

All doors are not locking. There is like a 10 second delay until the fob works. I can lock them manually.

I would replace the fob button cell battery first, its cheap and easy so why not cross off that as a possibility however unlikely it is.
Do the marker lights flash right when you hit the fob lock or is that also delayed?

Everything is delayed. Nothing happens when I hit the lock button on the fob. After about 10 seconds it works fine and it doesn't happen everytime. It has been unlocking fine. It seems like something happened to the system when the window was hit.

My fob is not super consistent unless it has a fresh battery. I think it may be a coincidence and you're probably just dealing with the crappy fob.

Could be a coincidence. I'm trying to find my other key to see if it still happens. Thanks
