Have a 2004 Tacoma that the front passenger side brake locks up at low speed. Only locks up as I creep forward usually at stop signs or lights. I've put new calipers, new soft brake lines, new master cylinder and have unplugged the abs modulator but the problem continues. Anyone had this issue or have any advice?

    * I forgot to add, it doesn't happen every time I stop, also don't feel the truck pulling when brakes are applied at higher speeds.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
a crushed or blocked hard line allowing fluid under pressure to pass but unable to let fluid return through .

A failed new caliper with the piston hanging up in the bore. causing the same symptoms.

Checked all hard lines, like 3 or 4 times. And what do you think the chances are that the new caliper would fail the exact same way the old one was failing?

these days even more so everyday the same failure is possible.

Did you remove and blow out all the hard lines or just a visual check?

Just a visual check. I updated the original post. The weird thing is, it doesn't happen every single time I brake at low speeds. Kind of intermittent and I also don't feel the truck pull when braking at higher speeds.

Check your wheel bearings… easy job unless 4X4. Transfer the rotor from right to left and see if the problem follows the rotor, same with the pads. Eliminate things one by one.

Forgot to add, wheel bearings were also replaced hahaha. Good idea on the rotor and pads.
