2008 Toyota OEM Tonneau Cover installation help

Hey everyone.
Just bought my first Tacoma (08 TRD Sport) 2 weeks ago and the Soft roll up OEM Tonneau cover that came on it has to go.
Personal preference but I just dont like it.
Going to buy a used Fiberglass OEM tonneau cover off of the same year same model truck. Both 2008 Double cab 6 ft box so the cover will fit.
Question is how do I install the fiberglass cover? What parts need to stay and what needs to go?
I have already removed the OEM soft cover and am kind of confused what parts im going to need on there when I go and pick the new cover up. The guy I'm buying it from had the cover installed at the dealer so I'm not expecting him to be to much help lol.
Is anyone running the OEM Toyota Fiberglass cover that could point me in the right direction?
