Exactly. You dint have to do the relocate but I just kinda figured why the fuck not since I was going to be working down there anyway. But the added weight is what has been holding me back.

Yeah that is where I am leaning to. Just need to get the welder fixed. Maybe a project for next winter as I will have the powder coating booth running by then too. Gives me some time to wrap up other projects too.

Really want to thank the Boys again @KingOfTheNorth and @prise for coming up north with me and helping out with my parents house and the aftermath of my Stepdad passing. Once again, I have met some of my best friends through this community over the years and the kindness and helpful actions of others along the way still amazes me and is what makes this community so awesome.

Take your time man! We have moving pieces to get lined up as well.. but it was a great start and peace of mind finally getting a good game plan together. I think everyone involved is feeling better about it all after this weekend.

Did a quick over night camp with @Southwest_Taco_Jonez to Parker Point on Saturday. Cool little spot, no shade and a tad windy for my liking but the views were amazing!
Liitle wheeling with some flex to get to the point, nothing too difficult.

yeah thats crazy to me too. But he said he has the mechanics diagram for it and no where it shows that gasket which leads me to believe the manufacturer makes it with it pre installed and Ford doesnt know about it. Almost like you need to find the original manufacturer and buy straight from them.

    hmmm weird.. how about now..

    PXL_20230420_221801316.PORTRAIT.jpg

yeah you're probably right.. Like its part of that Downpipe or something. If that's the case... I'd rather buy that section, etc vs making a gasket. especially for that downpipe in that area of the truck... what a nightmare. and even more so now that he's upgrading everything. Its also not his first rodeo tho.. he's definitely a modified Ford Diesel guy.. he knows what he doing and getting into, ya know, just like all of us.. but with ghey trucks.. lol

Yeah talking with him its definetly not the first rodeo. He will get it figured out. But yeah I think its part of the down pipe thats why you cant find just that gasket.
Yeah I want to start it but also need to order it. So many other projects need to be wrapped up first tho.
