I'm having some weirdness with my interior lights, need help troubleshooting:

I replaced the interior lights, dome and map, about 4 years ago with leds. The other day my dome light gave me a flicker, flicker, dimmmmmmm, out. Thinking it was weird I tried my map lights one at a time, each have me a little flash of normal intensity light, then dead. Now none are working.

    What I've tried:
    All fuses are good.
I tried replacing the map lights with another set of leds, no go.
I tried replacing the dome with a led, and with a regular incandescent. No go.
I even tried (thinking perhaps the dome acts as some sort of a fuse for the map lights) arcing the dome terminal and trying the map lights, no go.

The flicker and dimm doesn't seem like a fuse failure to me at all, but could there be a fuse in line somewhere after the block?

    Any ideas?

Are you sure the DOME Fuse (7.5A) in the underhood fuse box isn't blown?
Do the vanity lights in the visors work? they share the same power and ground as the dome and map lights.
The map lights and dome light get power directly from the DOME Fuse, map lights get constant ground and so does the dome light when it's in the on position (Body ECU supplies ground when the switch is in the door position).
