2000 Tacoma Unkown plug?

A lot of old japanese had this button. LC was one of the last to keep it.

The 3rd gen 4runners had loads of issues with the antenna, we used to remove them and grease them to prevent issues. Without a button meant you had to turn the radio on and off to eject it.

I'm glad they are in the back windows now.

 

I'm 99.9% sure its for the abs sensor on the spindle for the cv. It's a 2 wire harness. 02 abs actuator will be at that location, by the corner firewall. Definitely not fit the pump as the pump will be something like 10 wires or so iirc. There's no pump which mean there's no need for the sensor at the spindle.

I can check mine tomorrow evening but I'm pretty sure it's for the abs sensor

That would be the area the Evil ABS module sits if included.
