bed body damage

I side swiped another one of my vehicles pulling into my garage today, ended up with a pretty nasty dent and scrape. other truck was fine, i just got caught on the metal bumper it seems.

I'm put in an insurance claim, i'm wondering what the repair options are going to be. can they pull those dents and just paint over it? is there an OEM replacement for the fender trim? how bad does this look?

 

A body tech answer for sure .

I would just pull the chrome wheel trim and call it good.

After all the Deer and forklift impacts as long as the doors open and close all is good in my book.

Scary how a repair job like this with paint matching can get expensive fast.

 

With two major body parts affected, that's gonna be at least (at LEAST) a $2,000 repair at a reputable body shop, what with paint and all. You can prolly get a cheaper quote and a schlock repair job.

In 2012 I paid $1,550 to repair the right rear quarter-panel of the bed. But the job was perfect, I must say.

 

i have those dent, i just sealed them and pulled what I could with a dentless kit. quote was like 5k from a body shop.

 

Dang. That hurts. I hope you can be made whole again soon...
