I have loved my 2014 Tacoma V6 Crew/short box going on 10 years now....195k miles... best vehicle ever! I decided I'm going to keep it for at least 10 more so I need to make some improvements. Starting about a year ago I noticed(actually my wife said something) the steering feeling "heavy" and the front end "wandering" a little at highway speeds. I've been doing some research but it's a little overwhelming. I'm trying to figure out where to start! Any advice would be most appreciated!

Welcome to TW! You might try posting this in the 2nd Gen. Section and you’ll probably get more responses.

Hey Jim. Welcome. Here are a few suggestions. Searching on TW can be a bit clunky. I have found the best way to search the site is to actually use Google, list your search items then add in tacomaworld.com to the search terms. That will probably produce better results.

You do not mention which part of the country you live in but you can look here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/categories/regional-discussion.47/

That link will take you to the page that lists the regional threads on the site. Finding local enthusiasts, if possible, can possibly link you to other local knowledgeable members willing to help, or provide information about a good local independent repair shop.

And lastly, schedule a visit to the local Toyota dealer and have them do a free inspection of the vehicle. They should provide a comprehensive breakdown of what the truck needs at ridiculously high prices but the write-up should include parts numbers and information about what you truck needs from factory trained technicians. You do not have to use the dealer for repairs,, but you can use them for information!
