I have had them all. Finally landed here. I chose the gray color so the floor area doesn't look like a dark hole when I glance down or to pick something up.

Just a super nice floor tray.

    Best on the choice.

Got rid of mine cause the little honeycomb pattern was holding water, dirt and hard to clean out. Got the Husky X-act contours and they are great.

Here is the comparison of the Husky X-act Contour (left) and WeatherTech High Performance (right) driver mat.

Both are made from similar rubber/plastic which is softer and not a hard plastic like the old WTs. The HPs are now easier to clean than the old WTs.

The WT is a little thicker than the Husky, enough to notice.

The top side of the Husky is higher and covers more of the foot rest but the WT has way better side protection next to the foot feed, keeping your foot from rubbing against the carpet on the hump.

The Husky has some weird warping towards the top that may or may not smooth out over time.

The Husky has a raised grid pattern where your heal rests for the throttle preventing possible wear-through.

The Husky has little troughs to capture water, etc. but these mean more areas to trap dirt/mud making cleaning not as easy.

WT no longer has a inset plastic nameplate to trap dirt and to get scuffed and look like crap after a while.

The Husky front set was $99 on Amazon, but I was able to get the WTs for $91 through work.

If you are to make a fair comparison of Huskys to WTs, you have to compare the Huskys to the new WT HPs since they are way better than the old style WTs.

I have had both types in two of my vehicles and I personally feel the HPs edge out the Huskys. The Huskys are really good mats, I just like HPs more.

I had old Husky liners in my old Jeep and those were great. My Truck came with the OEM all weather mats and so far I like those. I'd say that now the difference between the Husky and WT is very little. if I needed to replace I'd go with which ever had the best deal at the time and likely only would change out the front since hardly anyone rides in the back seats.

I have a set of Huskys in my truck and Weathertechs in my daily. Both fit very well and do exactly what they're intended to do. Spills, dirt, and mud all clean well off of both mats so I can't really say which mat I prefer. The Huskys may be a tad bit more annoying to clean because it has so many grooves. I'd probably go with whichever is cheaper. I will say (not sure if it's a pro or con) that the Weathertech mats are much stiffer than the Huskys.

Another vote for the OEM all-weather mats here. Been in the truck for 2 years and happy with how they've held up.

This is a great write up! I wanted to replace the current Max Liner that came on my truck and wanted to get the Weather Tech HP but unfortunately they don't make it for the Manuals. Nor can i get the X-Act either. Its kind of annoying haha. But they do make a normal WT for the manual so I don't see why they couldn't offer the WT HP
