I heated up with hair dryer. Came off relatively easy. Then rubbed with goo gone and finish with spray detail wax. Just be gentle.

 

New Shoes Today…

 

I stumbled across these a week or two ago and saw they were sold out. Last night I was looking at them again and noticed their website showed I could place an order, so I sent a message through Instagram to confirm availability. Apparently someone canceled their pre order and they happened to have 1 set of 5 available. Limited run of 25 sets worldwide, so there's that. At least I don't have to mess with getting something painted or powder coated. Should be a ball of worms to make them fit.

I'm still kicking myself for sending back the blurple stealth indigo ray 10's. These should pop with MGM though.

 

Sun was out finally so I installed:

• TRD shift knob logo stickers (tedious but looks kinda nice I think)
• Tacoma glovebox letter inserts (slightly less tedious and I like them too)

Sometimes it's the small things.

How’s the wireless adapter working so far? Is there a lag? It all looks way clean.

 

No using “mirrortap” I can’t use that because the camera has a DC plug

I have it. I had to drop the front skid plate to install the front screws. easy install except for those 3 screws. You have to do it 100% blind, so it takes a bit.

 

Finally installed my Doghouse 270 freestanding awning. Had to make a spacer to get the bracket to sit flush with the side rail on my prinsu.

 

I actually told a fib... I didn't put the adapter in today, it was last week.

It works great though! It doesn't connect as fast as it does if the phone's connected to the USB port... maybe a five second lag. Before I had to get my phone out, get the USB cable out (hate leaving it lying there exposed) connect the phone and plug in the cable and such, so maybe all-in-all it's about the same.

It's connected to my phone every time I get in to drive ever since.

 

Just watched the footage of commute home, high speeds over bumps etc…not shaky at all. Camera was very stable.

 

Finally got around to putting the grill in.

 

I got some sick rock sliders fabricated and welded on by Moonbeam Auto Design the owner Bradley was super chill and does crazy good work and the price was great too! If you're in Georgia I'd totally recommend his fab work!

The snow is melting days are getting longer which means fishing season is here and so is the RTT. Dug it out of the garage after being off all winter and opened it all up. Clean up the rota pax which will probably be their last season they are looking rough but lets get ready for a great summer!
