    The bearings will have some numbers on them like 6204 RS or similar, if you have a choice buy US made or Japan/European made: SKF, Nachi, NTN, KOYO, NSK are all good brands. Stay away from China made ones.

    Take the bearings to an industrial supply house, this is their daily work, any area that has some industry will have one.
    Fastenal and Grainger are national chains, usually there are smaller local ones around too.

    An electric motor rebuilder or HVAC supplier should be able to help you out as well or direct you to a local industrial supplier.
