    I soak them in ice water for an hour or so,cuts the strong onion/garlic taste,You fry them with potatoes and eggs. cooking them cuts the strong onion/garlic smell. we also make ramp dip with raw ones. its awsome. but if you go to choir pratice after eating them you will be singing a solo from the other side of the room,when a recipe calls for one or two cloves of garlic,one or two ramps will do the same thing. LOL:thumbsup:

    Drop the Baja Taco off in the morning to have the shocks looked at and see what my replacement options are. Only 83k miles on it and 10 years old. Checked out TW for options and like a moth drawn to a flame had to see what the young kids are up to these days. Andy this thread has grown to become a beast LOL.
