What’s the link? If true, at least they’re keeping the best part.

Nice find. How random that it would be in background like that.

WTF? I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous to a point. These mix-ups happening months ago or even last year was one thing, but again and again? I don't know how some of you cannot identify shapes very well, because the Tacoma and Tundra are NOT that identical. I get a Sequoia vs Tundra being hard to tell apart, but even those two have a slightly different front end. However the Tacoma being mixed up is ridiculous, when it looks quite different and not even a dead ringer. This isn't as bad as that TrailHunter Tundra concept being called a Tacoma, when the size is clearly significantly larger.

These are all 3 of them!

(RENDERING THAT IS 99.9% ACCURATE PER TOYOTA USA TAKEDOWNS)

Somehow I knew that OP's optimistic claim from last week was unfortunately too good to be true possibly, but not even plainly an already revealed and released model you can buy off the street and been seeing for 15 damn months. The evermore frequent false alarms are annoying.:annoyed:

We've seen the (faux) BEV design study since late 2021, the patent photos for 3 months now (TRD OR), and teasers...which don't match the Sequoia front end at all. Gen 4 is clearly a heavily modified 3rd gen in appearance (all-new underneath) and can't be missed!

I was pissed at myself for missing last weekend's MotorWeek, thinking MW had an advance preview ahead of reveal, for those of us in select markets (like me in Greater Detroit/Michigan) watching it locally, only to discover it was a false call...again.

I keep seeing the same discoveries with the "I saw the all-new 2024 4Runner!" = "I saw some random 2023 Sequoia somewhere..." I'm not mad at the OP, but I'm disappointed at how these keep popping up everywhere, when obvious is a bit obvious?

I see, I feel like Toyota will do their own reveal , then have the press do a walkaround

I'm thinking it's somewhere special on May 16th and off-road themed, but much more will be shown at HQ in Plano on June 1st.
